All sales are final. But if your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives

  • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
  • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

We will reproduce your order if we verify that we made an error.

We must be notified with 72 hours from delivery of any defects.

We may request that you return 100% of a defective order within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order.

The Light Up Store will reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns.
